These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the website, mobile applications, features, content, and services operated by AstroSiri ("Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our").
By creating an account, accessing our tools, ordering reports, or engaging in astrologer consultations, you enter into a legally binding agreement with AstroSiri. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must discontinue using our services immediately.
2. About AstroSiri
AstroSiri is an online digital platform offering Vedic astrology calculations, Janam Kundli charts, Panchang details, daily horoscopes, Numerology reports, Vastu Shastra spatial assessments, Tarot card guidance, Palmistry interpretations, AI-driven spiritual reports, and live consultations with independent expert astrologers.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register an account, order paid services, or participate in live astrologer consultations on AstroSiri.
If you are under 18, you may use AstroSiri only under the direct supervision and explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
4. User Accounts & Registration
To access personalized features such as saving Kundli charts or booking astrologer sessions, you may be required to register an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
- You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your registered account.
- You agree to notify AstroSiri immediately of any unauthorized account access or security breach.
5. Accuracy of User Information
Vedic astrology computations, planetary Dasha calculations, and Kundli matching depend strictly on exact input variables (Date of Birth, Time of Birth, and Place of Birth). You agree to provide accurate and truthful information. AstroSiri is not responsible for inaccuracies in reports or consultation outcomes resulting from incorrect birth data provided by the user.

AstroSiri Maximum Free Access Commitment:
AstroSiri operates on a principle of maximum utility for users. Core informational astrology tools—including basic Janam Kundli generation, daily/weekly horoscopes, Panchang timings, Rahu Kaal alerts, Choghadiya schedules, basic Kundli matching, and basic spiritual content—are provided FREE of charge for all visitors.
AstroSiri will never charge for standard informational features that can be provided freely. Only features genuinely requiring heavy computational AI report synthesis, physical item fulfillment, or 1-on-1 expert consultant time are treated as paid services.
8. Paid Services & Premium Scope
The following services require payment prior to fulfillment:
- Deep AI Reports: Extended, multi-page deep analysis PDF reports (e.g., AS Detailed Kundli, In-Depth Vastu Audit, Life Transit Forecasts).
- Live Consultations: 1-on-1 audio, video, or chat consultations with verified astrologers billed on a per-minute or fixed-session rate.
- Sacred Marketplace Items: Consecrated gemstones, yantras, or spiritual products purchased via the marketplace.
9. Payments & Payment Gateway Processing
All payments on AstroSiri are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Mobile Wallets).
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) or localized currencies including applicable taxes. Payment must be confirmed by the payment gateway before digital report generation or consultation slot allocation occurs.
10. Digital Reports Delivery
Purchased digital reports (PDF format) are rendered electronically and delivered via your registered user dashboard and/or registered email address within the promised timeframe (typically instant to 24 hours depending on deep AI synthesis queues). Once a digital report has been successfully generated and delivered, the service is considered fulfilled.
11. Astrologer Consultations & Code of Conduct
AstroSiri connects users with independent expert astrologers, numerologists, vastu consultants, and tarot readers.
- Consultants operate as independent contractors and not as employee representatives of AstroSiri.
- Users agree to maintain professional courtesy and decorum during consultation sessions.
- Abusive language, harassment, hate speech, explicit content, or solicitation during calls/chats is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate session termination without refund and account permanent suspension.
12. Cancellation and Refunds
Detailed terms regarding cancellation of consultation sessions, technical glitch refunds, and failed payment resolutions are set forth in our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy. In the event of a technical interruption where a consultation could not take place, wallet balance or session refund will be processed upon verification.
13. User Submissions & Content
You retain ownership of any text reviews, feedback, or queries submitted to AstroSiri. By posting public reviews or community comments on our Platform, you grant AstroSiri a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display such feedback for platform improvement and testimonial purposes.

All software, proprietary ephemeris calculation engines, logos, design branding, UI layouts, graphics, text, and AI report formatting on AstroSiri are the exclusive intellectual property of AstroSiri Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
16. Third-Party Links & Services
AstroSiri may include links to third-party payment gateways, video streaming tools, or external websites. AstroSiri is not responsible for the availability, content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party platforms.
17. Platform Availability & Maintenance
While We endeavor to maintain 99.9% uptime for AstroSiri tools, services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. AstroSiri reserves the right to perform scheduled system maintenance, server upgrades, or security updates without prior notice.
18. Astrology & Spiritual Disclaimer
Informational, Educational & Spiritual Purpose Only:
Astrology, Kundli matching, Panchang, Numerology, Vastu Shastra, Tarot readings, and Palmistry interpretations on AstroSiri are provided strictly for informational, educational, spiritual, and entertainment purposes.
No Guaranteed Predictions: Astrology is an ancient interpretive science based on planetary alignments and symbolic principles. AstroSiri does not guarantee specific future outcomes, lottery predictions, marriage guarantees, job selections, or deterministic life events.
19. No Medical, Legal or Financial Advice
Exclusion of Professional Regulated Services:
AstroSiri services, reports, AI insights, and astrologer consultations do NOT constitute professional:
- Medical Advice or Healthcare Diagnosis: Consult certified doctors, surgeons, or medical professionals for health issues.
- Mental Health / Psychiatric Counseling: Seek licensed therapists or mental health specialists for psychological support.
- Legal Advice or Litigation Counsel: Consult registered advocates, attorneys, or legal experts for legal matters.
- Financial & Stock Investment Advice: Consult SEBI-registered financial planners, stock brokers, or investment advisors.
- Taxation & Accounting Advice: Consult Chartered Accountants (CA) or certified tax practitioners.
Users should make critical life decisions using their own independent judgment and appropriate qualified professional advice.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroSiri, its directors, officers, employees, and astrologer consultants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Platform, reliance on astrological readings, or decisions made based on reports.
21. User Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AstroSiri and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms, misuse of Platform services, or infringement of third-party rights.
22. Account Suspension & Termination
AstroSiri reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or block access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent transactions, or abuse astrologers or community members.
23. Modifications to Terms
AstroSiri reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Modified terms will become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of AstroSiri following any updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
24. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or Platform services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.
